TEA DOUGHNUTS

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
hot lard to fry in

Mix together. Add oil and blend. Dip a teaspoon in hot
oil or lard and then into dough. Drop into fat, turn when they
rise to top. Fry 3 to 5 minutes; drain.
