FREEZER PIE CRUST

2 c. lard
6 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water

Combine flour and salt. Cut lard into flour mixture
until it resembles small dried peas. Combine eggs, vinegar and
water. Pour mixture into flour; mix into large bowl. Divide
into 8 equal pieces. Freeze as pieces or roll into 9-inch
circles and freeze flat. Yield: 4 double crusts or 8 single
crusts.
