HOT BUNS, NO KNEAD

1 c. hot water
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 beaten eggs
3 c. flour

In large bowl put hot water and butter. Set aside until
butter melts and both are lukewarm. Mix yeast and 1/4 cup warm
water. When yeast is dissolved, mix into warm water and
butter. Add sugar, egg and flour; mix well. Let rise until
double. Dough will be real soft. Shape into rolls, let rise.
Bake 10 to 13 minutes at 375 degrees.
