RAISIN CREAM PIE 3 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 c. seedless raisins 1 c. chopped nuts 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell Beat eggs until fluffy and thick. Add sugar, spices, salt, lemon juice and melted butter all at once. Blend well. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into an 8-inch pastry shell. Bake in a moderate 375 degrees oven for 35 minutes. Cool before serving.
