APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 1 c. pumpkin 1 c. apple butter 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 eggs 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/3 c. milk 1 (10-inch) unbaked pastry shell whipped cream In a medium mixing bowl combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar and spices. Slightly beat eggs and add evaporated milk and other milk. Mix with pumpkin mixture. Pour into shell. Cover edge of shell with foil to prevent over browning. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake about 25 minutes more.
