PISTACHIO BREAD

1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 pt. sour cream

Sugar Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts

Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix all ingredients, except sour
cream, in large bowl. Fold in sour cream. Pour half the
batter into loaf pans. Sprinkle half the sugar topping over
batter. Pour remaining batter into loaf pans and top with
remaining sugar topping. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
