CHERRY SUPREME PIE 1 graham cracker crust, unbaked 1/2 pt. whipping cream 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can Comstock cherry pie filling This pie can be made ahead of time and frozen. Let it stand at room temperature a couple of hours before serving. Whip cream and then add sugar. Mash the cream cheese, (if you let it stand at room temperature 2 hours it's easier) and fold into whipped cream mixture. Add vanilla folding easy. Pour into shell and pour the cherry pie filling on top of mixture. Put in freezer and let freeze. I've made this up as far as 3 weeks in advance.
