WALNUT BREAD 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. oil 2 eggs 1/2 c. apple juice 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts Mix together dry ingredients. Make a well in center and add honey, oil, eggs and juice. Stir until evenly blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan and let stand 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn onto wire rack and cool before slicing.
