PEACHES AND CREAM PIE

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
(not instant)
3 Tbsp. butter

Combine and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour
into 10-inch greased pie pan. Drain 10 to 20 ounce can sliced
peaches (save juice). Place peach slices on top of batter.
Combine and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes: 1 (8 ounce)
package cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach
juice. Spoon mixture within 1-inch of edge of pan. Mix 1
teaspoon cinnamon with 3 tablespoons sugar. Sprinkle on top of
cheese mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
