PUMPKIN BREAD 3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. oil 2 c. pumpkin (1 can) 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. allspice 2 tsp. soda 2/3 c. water 1 c. chopped nuts Cream sugar, eggs and oil. Add pumpkin. Add dry ingredients alternately with water and nuts. Grease and flour a 1-pound coffee can. Fill it 2/3 full. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 cans.
