YEAST ROLLS 2 pkg. yeast 2 c. water 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. oil 2 eggs 4 to 5 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. vanilla Dissolve the yeast in 2 cups of very warm water (not hot or it will kill the yeast). Add the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add the flour and salt until well blended and the dough is stiff. Let the dough rise about 3 hours or until the dough is doubled in size. Form the dough in desired shape. Let rolls rise about 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
