COCONUT PIES 3 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk (large) flour to thicken 1 stick margarine 1 small can coconut 2 pie crusts, cooked 1 large box whip topping 1 tsp. vanilla Add all ingredients. Save a little coconut for top of pies. Cook over low heat until thick. Set aside. Add flavor- ing. Fold in whipped topping and sprinkle with coconut. Makes 2 pies.
