PECAN CUPS 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. stick margarine 1 c. flour 2 eggs 2/3 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) 2 Tbsp. melted stick margarine 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup stick margarine and flour. Mix like pie crust. Divide into 24 pieces and press into greased mini muffin tins, shaping like a cup. Mix eggs, nuts, 2 tablespoons melted stick margarine, brown sugar and vanilla. Fill each cup with 1 teaspoon fill- ing. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 24.
