BREAD DUMPLINGS 2 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 2 slices bread, trim crusts and cut in cubes 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk Mix flour, salt, baking powder and bread pieces. Beat eggs; add milk. Add to first mix. Combine. With hands, divide in 2. Shape as "footballs". Set aside on floured towel for 1/2 hour. Place in boiling water. Boil 10 minutes. Turn. Boil 10 minutes longer. Slice and serve with gravy.
