SOUTHERN CORN BREAD 1 Tbsp. butter 4 c. cornmeal 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 slightly beaten eggs 1 3/4 c. milk Mix cornmeal, salt and baking powder. Add eggs and milk; stir well. Coat bottom and sides of a hot, 9-inch skillet with butter. Pour mixture into the hot pan and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until done.
