BANANA BRAN BREAD 1/3 c. shortening 2/3 c. honey 3/4 c. bran 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. ripe banana pulp 1 1/2 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder Thoroughly blend wet ingredients in bowl. Sift together dry ingredients and mix together with wet ingredients. Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until well done. Cool on wire rack.
