PEACH CUSTARD PIE 1 egg 1 c. sugar 1/4 stick butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. flour 1 (No. 303) can peach halves 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked) Mix all ingredients (except peaches) to form a custard. Line pie shell with peach halves (put in a little of the peach juice). Spoon custard over peaches and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serve hot or cold with or without cream or whipped topping.
