PECAN PIE 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. corn syrup 3 eggs 4 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans Use your own flaky crust. Beat eggs. Add sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla flavoring and continue beating. Add pecans to the egg mixture. Pour into prebaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until center of pie is done.
