VINEGAR PIE

1 stick margarine
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, vinegar and
vanilla; beat well. Pour into 9-inch pie crust and bake at
300 degrees for 10 minutes, increase heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes
more.
