CHESS PIE 9-inch unbaked pie shell 3 eggs 3/4 stick margarine, melted 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs. Add sugar, cornmeal, melted margarine, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Let stand 10 minutes, then stir. Gently pour into pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
