LIGHT DESSERT PIE 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar either 1 pkg. graham crackers or 1 stack Ritz crackers 3/4 c. nuts 1 prepared graham cracker crust Beat eggs until stiff with sugar. Fold in crackers. Add nuts. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. May be served with Cool Whip.
