VANILLA WAFER CRUST
(Diabetic)
2 tsp. margarine, melted
30 vanilla wafers
(1 3/4-inches)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Prepare pie pan by rubbing well with 1/2 teaspoon of the
margarine. Use a 9-inch pan. Crush wafers to make 1 1/4 cups
crumbs. Add vanilla and margarine. Reserve 2 tablespoons for
garnish. Press crumbs in pan and chill for 2 hours.
