BAKED PORK CHOPS 'N' STUFFING (373 Calories Per Serving) 2 pork loin chops (6 oz. each) 1/4 tsp. salt, divided 1/4 tsp. pepper, divided 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves, divided 1/2 c. canned chicken broth 1 tsp. margarine 2 tsp. diced onions 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms 2 tsp. diced celery 1 oz. croutons On rack in broiling pan broil chops, turning once, until rare. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chops in casserole (single layer) and sprinkle 1/8 each salt, pepper and thyme; add broth. Cover casserole and bake 45 minutes. While chops are baking, heat margarine in skillet until bubbly and hot. Add onions and garlic and saute until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms, celery and remaining salt, pepper and thyme. Saute 5 minutes. Stir in croutons and spoon over chops and bake uncovered 15 minutes.
