PIZZA PIE (LO-CAL) 4 ready to bake refrigerated biscuits 2 tsp. olive oil or vegetable oil 1/2 c. tomato sauce 1/2 c. diced onion and green pepper 1/2 tsp. each: oregano leaves and basil leaves dash of pepper 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On sheet of wax paper, place biscuits next to each other. Cover with another sheet; roll dough to form one big circle. Remove paper; fit dough into a 7-inch pie pan. Using fork, prick bottom and sides of dough. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. While crust is baking, heat oil in skillet. Add vegetables and saute. Add sauce and seasonings; cook until mixture gets thick. Pour over baked crust. Sprin- kle with cheeses; bake about 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 serv- ings.
