"LITE" MUSHROOM DRESSING 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced with stems and coarsely chopped 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large skillet, saute mush- rooms in butter or margarine, cooking until mushrooms are tender; remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside. Add celery and onion to skillet; cook over low heat until vegeta- bles are tender-crisp. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredi- ents. Mix just to blend. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof dish. Cover and bake in oven during last hour turkey is roasting.
