LOW CALORIE CHEESE CAKE 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lemon jello 1 c. hot water 1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar scant 1/4 c. sweetener 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. light cherry pie filling 1 c. whipped topping Crust: 6 graham crackers 2 Tbsp. Equal 2 Tbsp. diet margarine Boil water and dissolve jello in it. Set aside. Cream together sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Add whipped topping and jello. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust and chill. Top with cherry pie filling. Cut into 12 pieces. Crust: Crush graham crackers. Mix with sweetener and margarine. Press into pie pan.
