MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 2 c. broccoli, chopped 2 c. celery, chopped 2 c. cauliflower, chopped 1/4 lb. mushrooms 1 can pitted black olives (if desired) 1 diced green pepper 1 can water chestnuts, chopped 2 c. sliced carrots 1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix 1 (8 oz.) low-calorie Zesty Italian dressing* Chop vegetables well and mix together. Sprinkle dry salad dressing mix over vegetables. Add Zesty Italian dress- ing. Marinate overnight or at least 4 hours. *Note: You can use regular Italian dressing if desired.
