CUSTARD BREAD PUDDING WITH PRUNES

3 prunes, softened, pitted and
cut into pieces
1 slice raisin bread
1 egg
1 c. skim milk
lo-cal sweetener to taste
cinnamon to taste

Break the slice of bread into small pieces; place in a
small bowl. Add the cut-up prunes. Beat the egg. Add the
milk, sweetener and cinnamon; add to bread. Pour into a small
baking dish. Set the baking dish in a pan. Pour hot water to
about 1/3 of the baking dish. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 45
minutes or until set. (For 1 person.)
