WEIGHT WATCHER PIZZA

1 English muffin, split in
half
1 oz. turkey ham
1 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Weight Watcher pizza sauce
1/2 c. tomato sauce or tomato
puree
salt and pepper to taste
Italian spices to taste

Pizza Sauce: Mix tomato sauce (or puree) with the salt,
pepper and Italian spices into a small saucepan. Cook until
fairly thick.
Place approximately 2 teaspoons of sauce on each muffin
half; cut the turkey ham into small pieces and divide equally
between the muffin halves. Top with the cheese. Place under
the broiler until the cheese is bubbly. (For 1 person.)
