COCONUT MACAROONS

2 c. shredded coconut
2 Tbsp. cake flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tsp. liquid no-cal sweetener

Combine coconut, flour and baking powder. Beat egg
whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and sweetener. Beat
until peaks form. Fold egg mixture into coconut mixture. Drop
by teaspoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15
minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Contains 31 calories each.
