DIABETIC CUPCAKES 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 4 tsp. baking powder 2 well beaten eggs 1/4 c. oil 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sweetener 1/4 c. milk Sift flour again with salt and baking powder. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir until wet. Batter will be lumpy. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
