SHRIMP PRIMAVERA

3 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. tomato paste (cover
remaining paste with baggie
and save for future use)
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and
cooked
8 oz. cooked fettucini

In saucepan, combine tomatoes, paste, water, mushrooms,
onion, basil, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Boil
gently 20 minutes, uncovered. Add shrimp; heat through. Serve
over fettucini. Makes 4 servings. Contains 370 calories each.
