CHEESE 'N PEPPER CASSEROLE 2 medium bell peppers, in 1-inch squares salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 slices bread, crumbled in blender 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 2/3 c. milk Parboil peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Set aside. Layer 1/2 peppers. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Continue layers with 1/2 bread and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Pour milk over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 2.
