ITALIAN-SAUCED FISH

2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fish
fillets, thawed
1 (8 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
with mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded
Mozzarella cheese (1 c.)

Arrange fillets in single layer on well greased 15 1/2 x
10 1/2 x 1-inch baking dish or pan. Mix spaghetti sauce and
onion. Pour over fillets; bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until fish
fillets flake easily with fork, about 25 to 30 minutes or 10 to
15 minutes in microwave. Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven
until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Serves 8 at 149 calories
per serving.
