SPINACH CASSEROLE

2 boxes chopped spinach
1 can mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned
dry stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix all ingredients
together. Put in greased 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with
1/4 cup dry stuffing. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes (microwave on Medium about 15 minutes). Approximately
235 calories per 4 ounce serving.
