QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 2 to 3 lb. cut-up fryer 2 boxes Rice-A-Roni Parboil chicken in 3 quarts water for 25 minutes. Remove chicken from bones and cut in bite-size pieces. Prepare Rice-A-Roni as per box instructions, but use chicken broth instead of water. Place uncooked rice and chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan, cover with foil and place in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until rice is done. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
