CHICKEN PICATTA 1 lb. boneless chicken 1 egg 1/2 c. water 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 Tbsp. dried chives lemon Pound chicken flat; dip in egg and water mixed together. Then dip chicken in flour mixture (flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and chives). Fry in oil in frying pan, turning to brown and cook both sides. Squeeze lemon over chicken when done.
