PEANUT BUTTER TREATS
(Makes 2 Servings)
1/4 c. raisins
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. dry skim milk
1/8 c. cold water

Combine and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Roll 2 graham crack-
ers until crushed. Roll the peanut butter mixture in the
cracker crumbs and then cut into slices. One serving contains
10 calories, 1/2 protein, 1 milk, 1 fruit, 1/2 bread, 1 extra,
1 bread, 1 milk, 3 protein, 2 fruits and honey.
