LOW CALORIE SHERBET 1 cantaloupe 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 2 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. whipping cream halved strawberries Scoop out cantaloupe pulp. Cut into chunks. Puree in blender. Stir in lemon juice. Mix together sugar and butter- milk, cantaloupe puree and whipping cream. Pour into 2 quart ice cream freezer. Use approximately 3 parts crushed ice to 1 part rock salt. When sherbet is ready, re-pack in ice cream freezer for 2 hours.
