LOW CALORIE GLAZED CARROTS 2 c. carrots, peeled and cut in large pieces 1/2 pkg. Butter Buds brown sugar type artificial sweetener to taste* Simmer carrots until barely tender. Drain. Add Butter Buds and sweetener; mix well. Allow to stand 1 to 2 minutes to dissolve butter and sweetener and blend flavors. *Amount of sweetener may vary according to taste to equal 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup brown sugar. Yield: Will serve 4 to 5 servings generously.
