GOLDEN TREASURE 2 c. sliced carrots 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 pkg. beef soup (dry) 2 pkg. chicken soup (dry) 3 c. water ground ginger Cook carrots, onion and soup in water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cook until carrots are tender. Puree soup adding ginger to taste. Return to saucepan and cook until heated through.
