AVGOLEMONO 1/2 c. water 2 pkg. chicken soup (dry) 1/2 c. cooked rice 2 beaten eggs 1 Tbsp. lemon juice pepper Boil water. Stir in soup. Add rice. Whisk eggs and lemon juice into soup, stirring constantly. When thickened remove from heat and season with pepper.
