DIET STRAWBERRY CHIFFON

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 large envelope sugar-free
jello
1 envelope Knox unflavored
gelatine
3 pkg. Equal
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. frozen (lite)
strawberries

Put cottage cheese in blender. Dissolve jello and Knox
gelatine in one cup boiling water. Add to cottage cheese in
blender. Add Equal. Mix 2 minutes. After it is mixed add
Cool Whip and mix with mixer. Add strawberries; fold in.
Refrigerate.
