CRUMB-TOPPED SALMON STEAKS

4 fresh or frozen salmon
steaks
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. chives, snipped
1/8 tsp. pepper

Thaw fish, if frozen. Place in shallow baking dish. In
a small skillet, cook onion in margarine until tender. Add
bread crumbs, chives and pepper. Top fish with crumb mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 17 minutes or until fish flakes easily
when tested with a fork. Makes 4 servings, 254 calories each.
