NATURAL CHEESECAKE

4 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. honey
ground cinnamon

In a blender, blend egg until whipped, then add cottage
cheese, 1/2 cup at a time and blend smooth after each addition.
Then add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Add lemon juice,
salt, honey and vanilla to cheese mixture and blend well.
Spoon into pie crust. Dust in cinnamon and bake for about 25
minutes at 350 degrees, preheated. Completely cool, then chill
several hours before serving.
