HOLIDAY EGGNOG 1 1/2 c. low fat milk 2 packets Sweet 'N Low 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk, undiluted 1/2 c. light rum (optional) 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 dashes nutmeg Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in blender con- tainer, cover and process on low speed about 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour into cup and sprinkle with nutmeg.
