DEFATTED BROTH

To cook with chicken or turkey or stew meat (beef
broth). Boil and add salt, pepper, onion powder or flakes,
garlic salt or any other seasoning you like, with fowl. Add
celery. Boil until tender. Cool. Set in refrigerator until
cold. Skim off fat. Debone fowl. Throw away bones, fat and
skin. Use broth to season food in following recipes.
