STEW

Defat beef (very lean stew meat). Make homemade stew as
you usually do or as follows:

1 lb. very lean stew meat
(defatted), cook until
tender
1 small can tomato sauce
1 large can tomatoes
celery, onion and carrots, cut
up (if desired)
potatoes
Cook meat until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce,
celery, onions and carrots and cook for 20 minutes. Add
potatoes. Cook just until done. Add any leftover vegetables
in your refrigerator or freezer.
I also use frozen whole kernel corn. Add last and don't
overcook.
