BANANA FREEZE 1 (4 serving size) envelope regular low-calorie vanilla pudding mix 1/4 tsp. almond extract 2 small fully ripe bananas, mashed 2 stiff beaten egg whites 5 maraschino cherries, halved Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Stir in extract. Cover surface of pudding with waxed paper; cool to room temperature. Fold in bananas and egg whites. Spoon into 10 paper bake cups in muffin pans. Freeze firm. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. To serve, trim with cherries. Makes 10 servings.
