DIET SPAGHETTI

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 large cans bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms
1 large can tomato juice
1 diced onion (optional)
1 diced green pepper
(optional)

Brown ground chuck, add onions and pepper. Drain fat.
Add tomato juice and mushrooms to the ground chuck. Rinse off
bean sprouts and add to mixture. Add 1 small package of
artificial sweetener. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
